Foundation loses a lifetime friend ... Mr. Hugh Guthrie On Monday June 28th, Mr. Hugh Guthrie, Board Chair for the Guelph Community Foundation passed away. He was a man whose true stature was measured not by size, but rather by remarkable character and integrity. In all that he said and all that he did, he stood for community and service to others. Hugh provided dedicated service to the Foundation since its founding in 1999. We will miss him deeply and express sincere condolences to his family and all those who had the privilege and pleasure of knowing him.
