Your Client Doesn't Have to be a Billionaire to be a Philanthropist
For as little as $25,000, an endowed fund in your clients' name can be created to support one or more charitable organizations in perpetuity. The donor can remain anonymous if they choose.

Flexibility
Your client can establish a fund using a wide variety of assets, including cash, publicly appreciated securities, and real estate. These assets can be given now, or later, as part of an estate plan.

Private Foundation Without the Hassle
Your client may have an interest in establishing a private foundation, but may not want the hassle of the management and regulatory requirements that would be required. We can provide an alternative to a private foundation that allows your clients all the benefits, while leaving the back office requirments to us. Creating a fund with us is considerably less expensive than creating a private foundation.
